CON LOS HECHOS CONCRETADOS EN LOS PARTIDOS DE S.ISIDRO, PILAR, MALVINAS ARGENTINAS, RECRUDECIO LA INSEGURIDAD.

Lejos estában hasta los más pesimistas de suponer que en los años K pudiese ser
de kreciente inseguridad.

Es que acaso, manos negras están usando la mano desocupada, para abatir la muy creciente imagen del Gobernador DANIEL SCIOLI.???

ACASO ES LA CONSECUENCIA DE AÑOS DE DESMANTELAR LOS CUADROS DE LA
POLICIA FEDERAL, COMENZADO EN LOS OCHENTA POR EL EX MINISTRO TRO-COLI.

No fue casualidad de que al subir el Gobierno ALFONSINISTA, que se comenzó
un progreso deterioro de los uniformados.
Aparecieron influyentes, y como entonces no habia planes sociales ni cooperativas, lo hacian entrar en la fuerza.
Entonces la fuerza se pobló de vecinos uniformados, cuyo único propósito era co-
brar un salario.
Poco a poco se veía como la autoridad decrecía y crecía la delicuencia.
